Berry Bliss Smoothie

Berry Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with dietary fibre, protein, omega 3 and antioxidants. Maca has traditionally been used for endurance and to optimise the hormonal system. It adds a malty flavour to smoothies.

Makes one smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I use Almond Breeze)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (I use Bioglan)
  • 1 teaspoon organic raw Maca powder (I use Loving Earth)

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy x
