This hot chocolate is the perfect little treat to satisfy your chocolate cravings without compromising your health.
Makes one cup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup reduced fat coconut milk (or another milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 squares of organic dark chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon agave syrup or rice malt syrup
- one teaspoon raw cacao powder
Method:
Warm the milk, syrup and cacao in a saucepan. Add the chocolate pieces and stir continuously until the chocolate has melted and combined with the milk. Serve with extra grated chocolate or raw cacao nibs on top for crunch. Enjoy x
