- One cup spinach leaves
- ¼ cup mango pieces (frozen or fresh)
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ a frozen banana (a frozen banana makes the smoothie nice and creamy)
- 1 cup water (or coconut water)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until well combined and creamy.
