Asian inspired Salmon Stir-fry

  • 2 salmon fillets, skin off and chopped into squares
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup shredded wombok
  • 1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup green shallots, chopped finely
  • 1/2 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 sprig lemon thyme

 Stir-fry sauce

  • Combine one tablespoons each of  tamari, hulled tahini, lemon juice and a pinch of salt & pepper in a jar and shake until well combined.


  1. Heat one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or organic coconut oil  in a large pan or wok at a medium heat.
  2. Add the salmon and cook to your desired level (should take a couple of minutes).
  3. Increase the heat and add all the vegetables and herbs. Add the sauce and gently combine.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables have softened, stirring continuously.
  5. Serve with extra coriander leaves. Enjoy x
