Makes 4 Pops
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced (peel and freeze in foil the night before)
- 1 pulp from one passionfruit
- 135 mls Light Coconut Cream
- Blend the Banana, coconut cream and passionfruit in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into 4 icy pole moulds and place in the freezer until frozen through.
- To remove the pops from the moulds, gently run hot water on the bottom of the moulds for a couple of seconds before removing from the moulds (ensures the pops come out of the moulds easily).
