Banana, Coconut and Passionfruit Pops

Makes 4 Pops

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced (peel and freeze in foil the night before)
  • 1 pulp from one passionfruit
  • 135 mls Light Coconut Cream

Method:

  1. Blend the Banana, coconut cream and passionfruit in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into 4 icy pole moulds and place in the freezer until frozen through.
  3. To remove the pops from the moulds, gently run hot water on the bottom of the moulds for a couple of seconds before removing from the moulds (ensures the pops come out of the moulds easily).
  4. Enjoy x
